Mosaico — every stone has travelled to find its place.

Before a Mosaico piece is drawn, there is a journey. Donata Anderloni, gemmologist and founder of DONYDO, travels the world to meet the stones one by one. She holds each of them to the light, reads its colour and its character, and keeps only those that are rare, full of life and still within reach. None of them is chosen from a catalogue.

Back in the studio, the stones are laid out like the tiles of an Italian mosaic: each in its own frame of 18K gold, close enough to speak to the others, never the same colour twice. Mosaico is a collection made of encounters, where every piece carries the memory of where its stones were found and of the eye that chose them.

The first chapter is the Mosaico Ring: a blue-green Lagoon tourmaline surrounded by sapphires of every colour, made to order in any stone you dream of, with prices on request.

Tessere

Tessere is the everyday side of Mosaico: a single tile, a baguette aquamarine between two walls of 18K gold with a dot of pink sapphire beside it. Ring, earrings, bracelet and necklace, chosen with the same eye and made to be worn every day. Discover Tessere
