Domestic Shipping
We ship domestically within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) via UPS. Overnight shipping is available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. All deliveries require a signature upon receipt—ensure someone is available to sign, as you’re solely responsible for accepting the package.
International Shipping
For international orders, we use FedEx, with an additional shipping fee applied at checkout. DONYDO is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by your destination country, nor for delays due to customs, weather, or other external factors. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships, and a signature is required upon delivery.
General Shipping Terms
Shipping times for custom-made products begin after production, which takes up to 30 business days due to the artisanal nature of our jewelry. Your selected shipping method’s timeline applies once the order is ready to ship. We’re not liable for lost packages, delays, or issues after your order leaves our facility. If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery (e.g., no one available to sign), you’ll need to cover reshipping costs. We don’t accept customer-provided shipping accounts.
Delivery Responsibility
You’re responsible for ensuring delivery acceptance. For lost or delayed packages beyond our control, please contact the carrier with your tracking number. For assistance, reach out to us at info@donydo.com.
International Orders
The following terms apply to all international shipments:
- Importer Responsibility: You, the recipient, are the importer of record and must comply with your country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions.
- Additional Costs: Prices and shipping fees exclude customs duties, VAT, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other charges, all of which are your responsibility. DONYDO does not cover these costs.
- Delays: We’re not liable for delays caused by customs processing, weather, or other external issues.
- Refused Deliveries: If you refuse delivery due to high fees, taxes, or restrictions, you’ll bear all associated costs. If the package returns to us and you choose not to reship, a 20% restocking fee will apply, deducted from any refund or store credit.
Production Timeline
Our handcrafted jewelry requires up to 30 business days for production. Shipping begins once your order is complete, and estimated delivery varies by destination and method (e.g., FedEx International Priority). Track your order for real-time updates.
Payment Options
We accept payments via Ziina. We do not accept Discover cards, checks, or money orders. Full payment is required before we begin processing and producing your order. Once payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email acknowledgment, and production will start.
